NCIS Favorite Episode.

My wife loves NCIS and I don't leave the room when it is on. I still remember Mark Harmon with what I consider his most iconic role playing Ted Bundy and his smirk takes me to that role,

I have not seen the Ted Bundy movie and probably won't. But Harmon did play the bad guy opposite Tom Selleck in "Crossfire Trail" and did have the Harmon smirk in that movie also.

I wish I could tell you about Harmon and the actress who plays Abby. Can't. Politics ban here. But they are not as they seem on the show.

I THINK they may be one reason why Michael Weatherly left NCIS, but getting his own starring role in, "Bull" was probably a bigger reason.

Wasn't there an actress named Weatherly in the very early days of, "Baywatch"? I wonder if she's related to the guy now playing Dr. Bull?

THe name being so close to Weatherby (as in the gun company) makes it stick in my mind.

I cannot tolerate NCIS LA. I enjoyed NCIS New Orleans, but may quit watching due to a cast change that I can't discuss here.

I agree that "Call of Silence" is a great episode. I can say that the reaction to the CMH is accurately portrayed, I have seen it twice.

Personally, my personal favorite episode is "Truth and Consequence". It reflects a code that I was raised under, and it reflects how I have lived my life, never to let anyone behind.

I liked the retired agent Mike Franks character.
So my fav is when Mike and the lady Director got into a shootout in the derelict restaurant .
I just looked it up-
The actor who played Mike Franks is Muse Watson from Alexandria, LA.
I know a lot of folks from there.
But never met anybody named 'Muse.'

Having not served in the military and admittedly having little knowledge of it, I wonder how true to actual fact that part is? That scene in the show impressed me and I hope it is true.

I can assure you it's true. Even a general officer will snap to attention and render a hand salute to an enlisted Medal of Honor recipient.

I loved NCIS through the Kate and Ziva years. Watched it sporadically since then, and haven't watched it since Tony left. I like Ducky and Abby and Leroy, but it doesn't have the same cohesiveness it did in the early years. It just won't be the same without the DiNozzo-McGee comedic pairing.
