So went shooting today and tried some Armscor 36gr. ammo.
Went through about 200 rounds. No misfires, stovepipes or anything like that. it ran perfect, as does any ammo I put through It. The problem was when I went to clean it, man its dirty ammo !! It was above I am use to seeing and cleaning when shooting other ammo.
Anyone else notice this issue when using this ammo ?

I have used it intermittently over the last couple years, but I have not really noticed it being more dirty than any other brand of 22 ammo, nor feeding or action problems in any of my rifles, pistols, or revolvers. Lately I have had no trouble finding my choice 22 ammo, CCI AR Tactical, so I haven't used the Armscor 22 recently. Maybe they changed powders?

Also as a heads up to you, a fellow CT shooter, I wandered into Hoffman's last night, and they are back in full stock with practically every other brand and type of 22 ammo. It looks like the shortage may be over...

Thanks for the info. Been there many times.
Have you tried TargetSportsUSA ? Awesome prices, right in Southington.

I have never heard of Target Sports USA, I will have to drop in and check them out.

It is known as the dirtiest ammo ever made.

I've used it. And I think I should clean my firearm every after 50 rounds i shoot through to avoid misfire. Thats how dirty it is.

Armscor ammo seems to throw the biggest, brightest muzzle flash also.

Remington is the worst, at times there are chucks of propellant shooting out the ejection port. I been shooting Browning BPR's lately but that stuff isn't cheap.

I tried some and noticed it shot like **** and had very little noise or recoil compared to other ammos. It refused to even function in the slide fire.
