S&W Pistol Rebates Coming?

Are these rebate checks coming from lower Australia, by raft? I thought they were coming from the midwest.... If I see a bulk mailing postage on the eventual letter, it will be a clear sign that S&W managers really don't care about expediting true customer service. I pretty much want to say, "Tap, I'm out." ... I can't imagine purchasing another S&W product

So, you want to drop a company because they send you money using bulk-rate postal service? Any company worth their salt that is sending out hundreds of thousands (or more) pieces of mail would not pay retail price for such (non-time-urgent) mail.

EDIT: but I WILL state that I deposited $225.00 from S&W in my bank today. All six of mine run like sewing machines and I have -0- smithing knowledge and 2 years in the shooting sport itself but with minimal tools I am able to do anything to my pistols.

Just got an email update from Smith and Wesson rebate. They apologize for the delay in sending rebates. They were overwhelmed. If you submitted in April, shoud get the rebate no later than 7/7. If submitted May, no longer than 7/31. Signed Matt Buckingham, prez.

I submitted my rebate on 4/14. Didn't show up in the system until 4/22. It is now July 10 and nothing. Not even showing shipped, which still means 10
Days at least till I get it.

And I have still not received that email.

Matt Buckingham's promise has not been upheld. You can't write "I give you my personal promise that if your bought in April you will be processed no later than 7/7"

Anything processed by 7/7 would have until 7/21 to hit the mailbox.

Since mine was entered on 4/14 there have been no updates or entries since added to it.

Applied for rebate on 4/29/17 just got the check yesterday 7/20/17. Tried to deposit the check via mobile app comes up invalid. I will be taking the check to the bank today in person and see what happens. To be continued!!!

Local bank checked the check to make sure it was good and said many rebates can not do mobile deposit in their format. They explained they run into it all the time just making it harder for individuals to redeem their rebate.

Anyways got cash in hand in just under 3 months today. Yeah!

already been discussed. The check is an odd format so most of those mobile deposits recognition pieces of software won't recognize it. Manual deposit is the only way

I submitted my Shield rebate June 23. Today is the first time it actually showed up on the Milano site.
I was getting worried.
I won't be looking for a check until Christmas!

Dang... so that means the one I submitted for the BG on 6/28 may not show for another week. Oh well. Not gonna worry about it. I got it for a low price anyway.

Well, I for one did not get the email and my rebate still has not shown up on the rebate website. Guess I need to call on Monday.

I think they lie

The Milano online rebate web site finally showed a 'ship date' of 9-5-2017 and so far nothing. I think they are just reporting to S&W that it has shipped trying to hide how far behind they are. 20 days after it has 'shipped' and nothing so far. I don't mind it taking so long I just don't like it when they lie about it. More like it was 'printed' 20 days ago and is sitting in a box somewhere.

I am Curious since both of mine now finally showed on Milano as to how long before they ship and if both rebate items will come in 1 pack?

I submitted mine for the mags and ammo the first week of August. Checking the Milano web site showed zip, no rebate received. So I called about 5-6 times and got "Mail Box is Full". Kept trying and a couple of calls later a live person answered. (Shock on my part.) Made the inquiry and she said they sent the info to S&W, as they would send the ammo. Then she read off my address and said I am in the system for the other items will be sent. Didn't push my luck and ask "When?" I am a patient guy and will wait.

Well three months equals 12 weeks....... I submitted mine (two of them) on June 28 promptly forgot about it and lo and behold two cheques arrived in today's mail!
Kinda like finding a forgotten bag of fishing tackle from Academy I bought last spring squirreled away in the Suburban-Whoo hoo Free stuff

I just mailed in my magazine rebate stuff last week. Wouldn't accept it in the online registration.
From what I read here, might be a xmas present?
