Here's another Colorado pic of the snow and
a pet fox. After some time (years) the fox
and her pups would rest in her lap.

Two and a half inches of rain early this morning, 87 degrees & sunny this afternoon. Steam bath now.

Posted this yesterday. This morning, same time, it's cloudy with nice north breeze and 57 degrees. We always say, if you don't like the weather, just wait a little while.

Here in central FL, the temps have been in the low to mid 90s - since the beginning of May. Nights are getting a little cooler and it is taking a little longer to get in the 90s these days, but it isn't yet time to leave all the windows open 24/7 just yet. Last year was able to do that from November to April.............

We are having a heat wave here in beautiful St. Augustine, with records being set for days over 90 degrees F.
Geoff
Who notes heat and humidity keep him off the range.

Warm here last few day's have been in the low 70's, that's a July or August temp for us.

This morning at 8AM it was 65 ddeg. F with a cloudless azure blue sky and a gentile north breeze. Absolutely delicious! We had coffee and cereal out on the deck. The squirrels, birds, hummin' birds and feral cats were just a rompin' and a stompin' feelin' very frisky.

Ummm Qball, If I ever come to Sweden for a visit remind me NOT to come in the colder months. I'd never survive an hour in any weather like that. I grew up in heat and humidity and skeeters. It's all I've ever known except for my two months at the base of Mt. Fuji, Japan as part of the medical support team for the Marines foull weather training. That was a good enough taste to last me forever and let me know full well my limitations.

Been averaging 10-12 degrees above normal here for 3 weeks. Had high 70's to low 80's far too much. After a very high precip total spring thru early summer, then right to very low precip late summer, we are finally getting a little rain.
My favorite weather this time of year is high 30's-low 40's overnight and 50's-mid 60's days, we have not had that yet. I think we've only had one light frost so far.

Xfuzz, forget exactly where you're at, just recall Harvey heading your way.
Have to ask, is your Weber still standing amongst the pilings?
I like that view you have and by the way... a bit late but hope you had a Happy Birthday.

I can tell it is Fall here in Centex. I don't have to run the air conditioning in the car on the morning drive to work. The drive home is another story. We have had mornings here down in the 50s a few times but it is still back up to the 70s and 80s in the afternoon and evenings.

Our weather has been fluctuating. One day 8" of snow in the Sierras then a couple days later back up to high 90's. This last week was perfect in the 70's.

Fall colors are starting...
