SPAM relief??

For the last several weeks I have been inundated with spam originating in Germany. The Domain name is always something like od43w.de. The first 5 or six letters seem to be random but always end with ".de" I get 30 or 40 a day. They always end up in my spam folder and most are repeats with different "domain" names so I can't just block the domain.
Anybody else having this problem or has found a way to stop them? I'm getting tired of having to scan through them to see if there happens to be something in there that shouldn't be considered spam before deleting them.

I use gmail, they seem to do a decent job of filtering out spam, so I never see it. I have not received any spam of the sort you describe.

There has been something mysterious happening on my eMail accounts over the past six months or so. The amount of SPAM I am getting has dropped substantially. At one time, I was getting around 50 per day in my SPAM box. Today, it is usually 10 or less. Is that happening to anyone else?

I think someone is eating that nasty stuff, as if we were being overrun by Samoans and Korean War vets.
