Going by those ovals and the color on the sharpening face I'd say it's a diamond knife sharpener and as was stated in earlier post's, most likely came with a survival knife....

Yup, diamond sharpening "stone". My kid has a much bigger one that has a different "grit" on all four sides.

This is a warning required by California State Law. If you read the label on nearly EVERY product it will contain the statement "This Product is known to the state of California to cause cancer", probably including bottled water!!!!!

I have a S&W Search& Rescue Knife which I keep in my desk draw
& it has the exact same sharpener in pouch on sheath.
(thanks for the link) my knife has a SKU of CKSUR6 on blade
which is 8"
