new Ruger LCP in .22 lr

I have been looking at them lately and you can't touch one for under $350.

The MSRP is $349.99 IIRC

But, I saw many more listed on GB than a week ago, so, supply is starting to show up and prices should moderate a good bit.

I'll be watching a bit closer. The MSRP is Ok, IF it included 2 more mags. But, NOT MSRP plus the cost of 2 mags on top of it. I'm not in that big of a rush, not with a M34-1 snubby to play with.

I picked one up a couple of days ago. Ran a hundred rounds of CCI Minimag solids through it. No issues that weren't user caused (riding slide release, not seating the mag firmly enough).
I'm actually impressed with this little gun. No problems making cans dance out to about 15 yards or so. It shoots a bit to the left for me, but I plan on alleviating that by sending it off for a night sight on the front and a drift adjustable in the back. I have a hard time seeing the sights and have painted the front sight with some bright green fingernail polish.
My wife really had a good time shooting it. The slide is very easy to work with, recoil is very light and the safety will make some feel more comfortable.A good little pistol for walks in the desert behind the house....and fun to plink/practice with.

I FINALLY saw one on GB with a BIN price of $319, sanity has seemed to return to at least 1 seller.

Now, just waiting on my stimulus $$.

I think if you read the fine print at the bottom of the Stimulus check you are not allowed to buy guns or ammo with it ( Or Dr. Seuss books for that matter :D)

Once it is direct deposited into my checking account that already has sufficient funds for the purchase how could they determine if it was my $$ or, stimulus$$?.

Besides, the seller wants no checks of any sort. I usually use a bank certified check or, a USPS MO. But he will accept neither and that struck me as a bit sketchy.

Haven't done anything yet, since I still haven't received the payment, and am in no hurry.

Pretty sure it was a joke. Use your money for whatever you care to.

I bought one a few months back, it shoots and cycles everything high velocity except winchester white box super X so far.

And the accuracy is very amazing for such a short barrel!

Yeah, I get that,:D

Most of it will simply go to her, she wants stuff for the house, not jewlery or some such. The LCP .22lr is mainly for her anyway. Her 1911 is a bit too much now with manipulating it, just like me.

It is a fantastic little shooter, with Hi-Vel of your choice.
It'll get sluggish quickly on anything less. Mine hits POA/POI
with Stingers and Mini Mags.
Thankfully, Ruger is marketing spare mags in pairs, which
eases the pain a bit.

Several have posted of their intent to put on better sights.
IF you do...please please be sure to start a thread!

good show, thanks. i will order one. no sence wearing out my lcp .380

The Ruger site has them and they ship pretty fast. Get a few, they are a bit fiddly to load, rather sharp feed lips and just being tiny. They don't take up much room in a pocket though.

I’ve owned the original (second generation) .380 model for years, hundreds of rounds, and never a single malfunction. Very accurate @ combat distances and a great deep concealment gun.
