Yesterday I went to the local indoor range. Spotting a few odds and ends of ammo on the shelf behind the clerk I asked: Can I buy 2 boxes of your 32 ACP ammo? The clerk scanned the shelf and replied: Sorry, we don't have any 32 ACP ammo. I looked closer at the shelf and asked: May I buy 2 boxes of your 7.65 Browning ammo? Sure, the clerk replied, that is an odd ball caliber. We don't seem to get much demand for that.

I went to a big gun shop to see if I could get some ammo for a 38 Victory model I had restored. Not having components or dies yet. I told him I wanted .38 Smith and Wesson, not special. This caused mass confusion in the ranks at the store for a bit, but eventually after denials and bumbling they came up with a box of Remington LRN stuff. Was pretty expensive, even a few years ago. 38$ but at least I can reload the brass.

I bought a couple of cases of Fiochi last year.

For my Colt 1903 hammerless guns. Got it for under 300$ a thousand shipped. I am glad that I did. Likely pretty expensive now even if you can find it.

One of the very few calibers I have not gotten around to reloading yet.

I am planning on starting to reload 32 ACP next week. In the past I would not have bothered but I picked up a CZ m70-1 which I find fun to shoot. In my stash of stuff I have several hundred brass and projectiles and since factory ammo seems to be scarce and expensive right now I'm going to try reloading 7.65 Browning.

Be THANKFUL.
If the dimwit had known 7.65mm=32ACP it would probably all been sold before you got a shot at it! :D
