I've got a very rough I-frame and given a wide variety of ammo my 2" gun consistently outshoots my 4" gun. The bore seems fine but the muzzle is rather pitted and beat up.
I'd feel pretty silly putting a 11 degree target crown on this so I'm leaning toward a 90 degree main and 45 degree smaller inside chamfer. I'd rather recreate the very round original profile but Brownells hasn't got a cutter for that so I'm not sure where else to look. Suggestions are welcome.
