This particular store is packed stem to stern with guns as I discuss in this thread:
Webley-Fosbery Automatic Revolver
I didn't want to be rude, even though they'd have let me handle any gun, and take pictures, but I made notes about 4 old guns that I thought would be of interest in in this Forum. Actually, I think I am half right, the pre-M27s I saw fit here but the Model 12s would belong elsewhere; I hope the PTB will forgive me:
Pre-M27 3.5" barrel priced at $3000.00
Pre-M27 3.5" barrel priced at $2500.00
I didn't play with these or match them up but the 500 dollar difference must have been based on condition.
Note: The LGS called them "Pre-Model 27s. Not Registered Magnums.
Then the notes on two Model 12s - both 12-3:
2" barrel - $700.00
4" barrel - $650.00
I think the barrel length was they key here, the snubbie being the more desirable of the two.
There were hundreds more guns of all ages, shapes, and sizes, swords and knives and daggers galore, and even an original Gatling gun.
