Guns are out but can't find magazines anywhere.
Anyone spot any in stock?

I had an original shield and it ran without issue. Trigger was so-so. Good size. Traded it away. Saw the plus model on line at a reasonable price and ordered.
Probably should have checked mag availability first!

When you can snatch the pebble from the palm of my hand you will have learned..
Love the GrassHopper quote Telecaster.. Loved Kung-Fu.. Yes Master!!

They will be along.. Don't go crazy like some others have & pay BIG Bucks for extras like $200-$300ea.. See My Post Late in This Thread~~> Where are the Shield Plus Magazines?

I'm going to keep My Shield 9mm 2.0 & Go On..
I do not feel outgunned because my Shield holds 7/8..
My Son wants another .380EZ so We might pick another one of those up & sell His Bodyguard 380

Think about this.. You will not need any more than the two magazines anyway except for at the range, I know as I have four for my 2.0 Shield :D

So all those $300+ Magazines are sitting in a shipping container in the Suez Canal that where shipped from Italy where Mec-Gar is..

Hey if we make less we can charge more for them.. = WIN WIN..YEAH!!
"Those Crazy Stupid Americans will pay more for a magazine that holds more than 10 rounds than the pistol itself is even worth"

IIRC We Paid $249 for the 2.0 9mm Shield in late 2019 New In The Box
It did come in a really nice cardboard box & a pretty cable gun lock too.
And don't forget the fancy blue vapor bag & desiccant pack.

At Least put them in one of those fancy blue plastic cases so I can stack them in nice pile.. Think SIG or HK.. Just Sayin..

I saw a 1.0 9mm Shield last week for sale for $569

Has anyone else purchased one of these 13rd mags that just came available last week?? 9/6!! I did, 5 mags and they are from different stores but one thing they all have in common, 11rds is all I can force in 4 of them and 12rds in one!! Anyone else have this problem?? I compared it to the original and the followers are different!!

Yes I have issues with the mags. Had to use an uplula mag loader the last two are tough to get loaded.

Are they Smith & Wesson mags? I do find it hard to get the 13th round in but can get the 11th and 12th in easy. I did just get some new S&W factory mags from one of the places that has warehouse in their name but I didn't open up the package and put ammo in them. I'll do that and report back.**UPDATE: It's tight but just got 13 in my new mags

I have two extra 13 round mags arriving on Monday, no issues loading the original 10 or 13 round mags that came with the pistol.
Yeah I didn't have an issue with the ones that came with it either, but the new ones are stiff for sure.

Yes I am leaving them loaded with 13 rounds. My shield 1.0 springs were the same way.

I'd recommend to use them more frequent. Springs loosen up during their work. Simple compressing won't change their characteristic very fast.

Correct... If I get new mags and can't go shooting right away, I use an UpLULA to load them and unload them by hand multiple times, to exercise the springs.
