Does any member of this forum have a Spinal Chord Stimulator ?? If you do, what do you think. ? Thank you in advance for your comments. :)

I don't and therefore can't talk from direct experience, but my buddy Ron (I think he's 85 now) got one last summer and it's changed his life. He was unable to walk before - could barely move with a walker. Now he's just flat back in the game: walking, biking, doing stuff around the house. He had a good doc and a good hospital. I have no idea if there are several types of these, but it sure worked for Ron.

I've had one going on 3 years now. It has helped but hasnt alleviated all the pain, discomfort and neuropathy but I knew that going in. Before I had it implanted, I took a psych eval and had a temporary one for a short trial basis, about a week.
