Several years ago I ordered a used CD on Amazon, to be shipped to my gf's place in Bellingham, WA. After a respectable amount of time it had not arrived, so I informed the seller, who gave me a refund.

Imagine my surprise when, several months later, it arrived, looking rather "well-travelled" and a little the worse for wear. And well it might, for, despite having the correct city and zip code on the shipping label, it had been misdirected to Bellingham AUSTRALIA, a place I had never heard of. (Nor had my gf, who was born in Oz.)
