Another Second Amendment Win in DC

The "death by a thousand cuts" slices both ways.
Sounds like a win to me.
It is time the goverment realizes that "We the People" are still in charge and the Constitution and our Rights apply same as they did when it was originally written. Especially 2A. Pretty specific with "shall not be infringed".
It is sad to say, that you got to hit people in the wallet to make a change. Even the government. Even sadder is, they don't care because it's taxpayers footing the bill anyway. Now if we could hold "elected" reps personally liable for the stuff they push, that would stop a lot of insanity in it's tracks.
It is sad it takes HONEST Judges to rule fairly and apply logic to the law (as written and not applying their bias) and the loss in time and money just to exercise our rights in this country.
I have a feeling that the worse thngs get in this country, the more people will all the sudden see the importance of exercising all their rights, especially 2A.
I don't want to speak for everyone, but I think the tide is turning more PRO GUN. This is a good thing and it's hard fought to get here.
As the saying goes, things usually get worse before they get better. The anti-gun agenda was winning for a lot of years, but I think that tide is steadily turning around.
Our best hope is getting young people involved in shooting sports, the joy of hitting the range, and the need to learn to DEFEND yourself.

It's OUR money!! But good news to hear anyway. Glad to see the $$ is going to something that's worth it!

So how are the Constitution violators to be held personally responsible? Millions of citizens want to know.

I agree, but I think the odds of that happening are up there with the odds of Congress instituting Congressional term limits.
I agree, these people knowingly abuse the law, and have zero accountability. They weaponize our law enforcement and judicial systems, ruining people’s lives, with zero accountability. And the salt in the wound is that we taxpayers have to pay for these corrupted systems that abuse us, and then we’re on the hook to pay these lawsuit settlements if and when they happen! They have all the power, and no repercussions for their corruption.

The next step should be removing qualified immunity from elected or appointed government employees who willfully or knowingly act in violation of citizens' constitutional rights, allowing civil judgements assessed individually in addition to judgements against the government entity.
Far too easy to ignore individual rights when all costs fall on the taxpayers; maybe officeholders would pay more attention if they were betting their homes, their bank accounts, their retirement funds.

The saddest thing about our judges is they take an oath to uphold our constitution, with many,Knowing they are gonna strike it down every chance they get. Sad, very sad!
That is a failure to uphold their oath of office and grounds for removal. When was the last time a judge or politician was removed from office after committing this offense?

The Governor of Florida recently removed two elected District Attorneys in his state for not following their Constitutional duties.
Pleased to hear about the class action win. Nice!
However, these kind of political attacks on our civil rights will just continue unless there are legal ramifications for public officials breaking the oath of office and trampling our rights.
Paying us with our own money is not really a preventative measure.

Absolutely! However, even with the public coffers bled dry from legal losses, the statement will be; "We did what was best for everyone because WE, and only we, KNOW what is best", "The constitution is outdated and non relevant today", "Firearms are a tool of power and we certainly do NOT want law abiding citizens to have a continual and ready access to THAT tool".
This is how they think and how they attempt to disguise their disingenuous and illegal efforts to render any part of the constitution mute that does not sync with their hedonistic and extreme narcissistic views.
Can you kill the goose that lays the golden egg? I pray not but believe we are about to find out and it "appears", or so THEY would have us imagine, the majority of American's agree to the plot...excuse me that's plan...
Yeti has it right. Don't look for change anytime soon in DC, NJ, NY, etc. It doesn't matter that someone won a lawsuit, it's not the politicians money. When courts overturn a law, new laws just as troublesome are written to still make carrying problematic. New Jersey politicians have been busy writing nonsense to dance around the courts knowing it will take a few more years for the inevitable suit to work it's way up the chain of courts. Same thing going on in NY.
Unless the Supreme Court finds a way to really punish lower court judges for allowing B/S laws to be enacted and supported, nothing much will change. The court can't do anything to a co-equal branch.
