If you have a Sportsman's Warehouse near you, I've had good luck lately finding them there. Would save you hazmat fee and shipping, and they recently raised their limit to 1000 per customer. Price has been lower than what I'm finding on-line as well.
I've been using these for a year now, several thousand rounds (USPSA monthly matches with wife). They go bang and work well. No haz and free shipping. $.06 ea and in stock.

I've had good luck recently from my local retailers. And no Hazmat fee.
As far as Ginex listed above. I bought 5000. These were extremely hard to seat & am finally down to my last 200. I would not recommend these due to the aggravation. And will never buy them again. Most went bang but did have a dud now and then.

I'm sure there are some good foreign primers, but I've never seen a need to use them. I prefer to spend a little more and get US-made primers. They fit and never a dud.
lLast week they went up to $8 a 100.
I have a friend who has loaded 3 5 gallon buckets of 9mm with the Ginex primers. Literally. I know he has shot at least one bucket since he got a Sub 2000 carbine. Told me last night he just ordered another case of those primers from American reloading. He's loading with a Dillon 550 with no problems

My son & I have reloaded thousands of rifle rounds using Ginex, and have no reservations buying them.
Powder Valley has CCI SP primers & Remington SP primers.
Just checked their sites. I have bought primers from both of these sites in the last couple days, been a customer of both for years.

I thought I'd show an example of the issue I've had with the Ginex Small Pistol Primers since several people have recommended them. And why I would never buy them again.
I bought a case of 5000 around a year ago and am now down to my last 100. Here's an example of the seating problems I've had through the whole 5000. Some do seat easier with different brass (usually US made).
Here's a comparison using a Fiocchi small pistol primer (that I'm assuming is also foreign made).
Same pressure applied to seat.
A little more pressure added, and I now I have a crushed primer.
This has been my experience. I have to take extra time and verify these are seated all the way. When I forgot to on one shooting session, I was unable to close my cylinder, as the primers were sticking too far out.
Others have been reporting better luck. Maybe they've changed over time? But personally, I won't risk it again.

Just watch out there's some scammers out there. just buy from a known source. once in awhile Midway, Grafs, or Powder Valley has free Hazmet.
Buy from a source that has a verifiable physical address and accepts credit cards. Sources that only accept electronic direct payments or crypto-currency are 99.999% likely to be scams. Also, prices that are far below the average market are likely to be scams.
I think you've done a fine job of pleading your case and I would neither ask nor expect you to ever try these again. Yours have been good posts.
With that said, it's not enough evidence to sway me. I have no idea what tools you've used to prime cases and your photo evidence, while decent, is only showing one headstamp of brass and not fantastic brass at that.
I've used a wide array of primer brands over the decades and some have been outside of North America. I've used multiple different tools to prime and I've used a countless array of different headstamp brass and experience has shown me (vividly!) that one primer brand, one headstamp and scant info is barely scratching the surface of what I'd need to come to a conclusion.
I'd be trying ANY/ALL of these brands of primers if the deal were good enough and I was sure the seller wasn't a scam site.
I’ve got no dog in this fight. It doesn’t matter to me whether someone wants to buy these primers or not. I’m just sharing the aggregation I’ve had with them.
I’ve used a Dillion 550 for 9mm and Rock Chucker for .38 Spl. This is all mixed brass for range ammo. Some foreign & some domestic. Some primers seats easier in certain brass. But I’m not a brass sorter. From the range, to the tumbler, to the bench for reloading is how I run it.
