Magazine Find

I was going to do a "What do we have here" post, but I'm pretty sure I know what this is.

Anyway, my wife and I went to the Texas State Surplus Store in Austin this afternoon. We got a few small things and when we go I always check the confiscated magazine bin.

The store sells all of the items confiscated by the TSA at the various airports in the state. That includes magazines that people try to bring in their carry on luggage.

I always look for 3rd Gen magazines and have found a few over the past few years. At $10.00 each, a 3rd Gen magazine is a bargain. A few years ago I found a 69xx magazine, then I found a CS40 magazine, and a couple of others along the way.

Anyway here are a couple of pictures. It's in far from new condition, but I'll clean it up, replace the spring, and if I have one the follower.

If nothing else, it will be a good range magazine.

Appears to be a magazine for a 1st gen Model 39. Need to see a picture of the follower to see if it's the normal X welded or the harder to find flat follower.

It's a double stack magazine, probably for a Model 59. It's an early one too, based on the ampersand.

It's a double stack, which isn't apparent from my photos. It has a follower that's the same as in my 69xx magazines.

Springs seem to be scarce right now, but I'll find one eventually.

It's looks like a 22, it's got the Foot, so will it function in my Beretta 70s?
Turns out it will, just sticks out some.

Good news is you can stop about 200 miles short of there if traveling from Houston.

I just bought two on here in the past couple of weeks. They were listed as Victory Mags they are 22A instead. I will shoot you a pm.
