Well, not all of them, 20K which is about one-third if their EV fleet. Reason is high maintenance and collision repair cost and also they are not popular with renters and are money losers for Hertz . They have just put 700 of their EVs up for sale if you are interested.
Yes, Hertz rotates it's stock but this time they're not replacing them with EV's they're replacing with ICE.
