Recently on GB there was a NIB Shield Plus for sale for $275. The seller also used the "Take a Shot" option where a buyer could make an offer. I offered $235 and he accepted. I got the gun, and it is NIB. Stock trigger breaks at 4# even. It will replace my Shield Gen 1. After shipping, tax and transfer I am all in for $295...Still a great deal on a great gun. Most Shield Plus on GB go for $399 plus shipping, tax and transfer for close to $470 total.

You got a smokin' deal on that Shield Plus, and they're great pistols! I did pretty good with mine, too...but I had some help. I traded in my 9mm PC Shield for a PC Shield Plus at my son's gun store, where I got the "Dad price" along with a nice trade-in credit. I really like the PC Shield Plus and it's been totally reliable and very accurate. It's one of my EDCs, but these days I tend to carry it more often in a pocket holster than the AIWB holster shown in the pic. Maybe when I drop a few belly pounds I can carry appendix again! LOL!

Yep that was my my OTD price ($395) as well from a on line vendor with free non-expedited shipping and a $30 FFL/XFR fee for an optics ready G2 3.1' Shield Plus with a 10, 13, and 15 round magazine and tritium NTS. My local Cabela's had them at $449 pretax but with only 10 and 13 round magazines so I got a pretty good deal.
I believe they are Trijicon NTS but am replacing them with XS/F8 NTS due to the XS front sight is about 2x bigger than the one on it now and I can see it much better with my over 50 eyes.

Nice buys. I have noticed very little value retention on Smith M&P stye on GB. They are great guns i have 3 in various configurations and gave each son a 40 with 9 conversion. Oldest boy carries a sheild or his sheild plus. I think he has 4 or 5 M&P or iterations of shields etc. Congrats on good buy.
