Those are nice guns. My neighbor has a 6 inch.

Looks like fun!
I have the same gun and love it also..put deer hollow target grips on it, put the orig. on a 4" Diamond back...cant leave anything alone! enjoy it
Those wood grips look great on the TALO models. Colt should have used them from the start. Picked up a set from the King Cobra Target for mine.

What are the differences between a factory Colt KC Target 22lr and a TALO version? Besides grip and presentation box.
Mine came in the blue plastic colt box..it has the short finger grip, and a bead front sight...both items I wanted so it was a no brainer for me, $100 more IIRC

My King Cobra .22s...one with maple stocks and the other with walnut. Stocks by Hudson River Valley Customs.
Mine says it is a "custom shop model D" and it came with rosewood stocks with a silver Rampant Colt inlay.
Waiting on the 2 1/2 blue Python to rear its head.

I lived in the lower HRV for many years near West Point, and never heard of that grip maker. Looks like they make some fine grips.

I don't know how long HRV has been operating but I've only been aware of them for a couple of years now. They make some beautiful products.
I'd prefer a traditional rounded trigger guard.

I prefer those rubber grips as pictured they have the same reach or a bit shorter from the backstrap to the trigger as compared to the K/L open backstrap rubber grips.
I want a 3 inch.
