NRA Life Membership for $600 !! Extended!!

I joined the NRA back in the 80’s and realized it was a waste of money for me. Living in New York they were absolutely useless doing nothing to lobby for gun rights in my state. Oh I did get their magazine but other than that nothing else. Then with all the corruption and mismanagement no thanks.

The corruption has been uncovered and those who engaged in acts of corruption have either been removed or are being removed. I am hopeful that the NRA will return to being the advocate for civilian firearms ownership at both federal and state levels.

My wife and I are both life members. We took the plunge 20 years ago. Great investment, no regrets.
It makes sense, to me, to join with an eye on the “long haul”.

Given the disappointing antics a few years ago, it would be easy for an annual member to let their membership expire or maybe even cancel.

But, hopefully, the course has been adjusted. 🧐
If you are a life member, I think you will feel better connected, and willing to be more involved, even if it’s just writing letters to let them know what you’d like to see happen with the organization.

Also, think about giving a gift membership to someone.
Sometimes, this is better than just giving someone more “stuff”. 👍

I have been a life member for 15 years or so
At the Dallas convention I was asked to upgrade to Patron, which I happily agreed
