Do mags for the Model 3913 fit and function in the Model 639? I guessing yes IF they are the same length, but I’ve been wrong before! TIA!

NO the 3904/3906 replaced the 439/639 as a "full size" single stack 9mm. The 3913 was a compacted version with a shorter 8rd magazine which ultimately replaced the short lived 3904/3906.Do mags for the Model 3913 fit and function in the Model 639? The longer 3904/3906 (or the 439/639) mags can be used in a 3913/3914/3953/3954 but they will stick out - but the shorter 3913 mags can NOT be used in a 3904/3906/439/639/39 which was the OP's question.when I got my 3913 the guy had 5 mags. 3 for it and 2 639's that worked. when I got my 3906 the 639 mags were a no go so I sold them and got more 3906 mags which also work in the 3913.

Just remember when you see your next 3913 NL, that you wife should have that Ladysmith, and the NL would bring in another magazine that fits in either
Sarco had decent after market mags for model 39 . I got 10 of them . They have worked fine in my 639 and 39-2 . They work fine in 3913 also but they stick out of the bottom about half an inch . If you have 3913 factory mags hang on to them, they are priceyDo mags for the Model 3913 fit and function in the Model 639? I guessing yes IF they are the same length, but I’ve been wrong before!
