Does anyone have a source for .44 caliber powder coated wadcutters. I have been shooting some from Penn Bullets but apparently, they are no longer in business, and I am running out. I can find lubed bullets, but no powder coated. Any help would be appreciated.

Another guy took up the torch, and he caught up the back orders.
I know as I received my order, months later.
I can't say he if he is still taking any new orders.

Thanks for the reference to Bear Creek Bullets. I had not looked into them before.
Their .44 275gr. RNFP looks to be a good candidate for my favored .445 SM and 444 Marlin cartridges.
(I use a Cast Performance 260 WFNGC in the .44 Magnum).

Be interesting to see if their "super tough" coating will allow a plain base cast bullet to be pushed up to Mach 2 and 45 kpsi in the 444.
The testimony by M.L. (Mic) McPherson is impressive.
His is one of my favorite firearms authors.
Every handloader should have his reloading book: "Metallic Cartridge Handloading: Pursuit of the Perfect Cartridge".
He taught me a few subtle tricks like "swirl" powder loading to get stick powder to pack more densely in the case.
Very handy for heavy loads in cylindrical cartridges.
