So who is the go-to shop for full custom 'tactical' M&P these days? I feel like there are a zillion shops that do Glocks and Sig 320s (although that is sure to change), but hardly any for M&Ps.

If you want one modified, Floyd's Custom Shop gets mentioned the most from what I see. Jagerwerks gets mentioned more for other brands, but also work on M&Ps.

If you want something turn-key, there are the Ed Brown Fueled Series, but you certainly pay dearly for them.

Thanks for the help! That Ed Brown MPF Tactical looks nice, but yeah, it is pricey.

I knew about Floyd's from googling. I will check out Jagerwerks too.

Hm. I just looked at the Jagerwerks website. They have exactly two slide milling options and six optic cuts for the M&P. For a Glock they have sixteen slide millings and seventeen optic cuts.

Are M&Ps just harder to work on? Or is there just not a market for customization?

Glock is simply a much bigger market, and IMO, the M&P 2.0 is hands down a better out of the box pistol than Gen3/4 Glocks (Gen 5 Glocks are really accurate out of the box, so it's hard for me to criticize them).
