i am shooting 657 6.5" at 50 yards off of a bench rest. do you have a load suggestion? what size groups can i expect?

No one can really answer that; I'd work from a Lyman manual to start. It would be a big plus if you cast your own bullets. They will likely outshoot jacketed bullets if you're an experienced caster.

If not, I'd go with jacketed and try as many bullets and powders as possible. Shoot plenty of fifty-yard benchrested groups to confirm accuracy. A lot of work, but load development is usually the most rewarding aspect of handloading.
 
I am using AA#9 for both 215 LSWC and 210 XTP with great 25 yard results.
The 215 LSWC performs better than the XTP in my non-S&W revolver.
Good for you. Sounds like you're on the right track to success. For handguns, a jacketed bullet offers no advantage over a well fitted cast bullet of the proper alloy for the load. Of course, this includes accuracy.
