mainspring aka strain screw adjustment?

Has anyone else experienced screws that have backed out? Is there a good fix for this that won't mess up the gun?

Yes, snug it down completely. If it's tight, you shouldn't ever have it back out again. The bottom of the screw head needs to make firm contact with the bottom of the counterbore.

Some folks just have to tinker with something not meant to be tinkered with. Can't seem to take no for an answer. Strain screw is designed to be fully tightened and not used as a means to adjust trigger pull.
