Just bought a Bullhide Belt for carry
Great belt. I bought it based on recommendations from here or the lounge. Now I see they are advertising in the header of the forum.
I had a good gun belt I bought at a gun show but wanted something a little stiffer. I was not disappointed.ere is the belt I purchased:
Rich Brown DOUBLE Stitched BullHide Belt

I don't know yet. I have been carrying OWB with sweatshirts and jackets on. I will find out soon as the weather warms.

I also bought one like yours, except I bought mine for an IPSC and IDPA gunbelt. So far it has worked great. It is one heavy duty belt. I pocket carry for everyday carry.

Excellent. My IWB rig has a clip. Used to shift around using an ordinary belt. Holds in place nicely with a Bullhide.

I've got 3 of them. Rock solid platform for a holster. I couldn't imagine any other brand being stiffer.
Bullhide Double Stitched Distressed, Lobo Enhanced Avenger. S&W 640-1, Buffalo Bore .38 Spl +p LSWCHP

Now that's what I call a belt! Did you get a width that will go through the loops of your jeans or pants? If not, what width did you go with. Have you got the belt yet? Let us know how you like it. I might have to look into one of those myself.

Great product! I have that exact belt from Bullhide. I've had it for about a year and am very happy with it. I have not used it for IWB but only OWB. The leather is super thick and a heavy gun and holster (Md 681, 4 in.) will not make it sag. If you get one, be sure to follow their instructions on sizing. Like stated above, I can't imagine finding a stiffer belt. I also like getting the sale notices from Bullhide. Apparently they get a lot of returns from folks who do not follow the sizing directions and then they offer them to you as sale items if you are on their email list.

I just made my own. 2 layers of 9 ounce leather, hand stitched together, 1/4" thick and 1 1/2" wide with a solid stainless steel roller buckle.
