PRICE-WESTERN HOLSTERS
PWL is a long established British maker selling fine leather
holsters all over the world. Price-Western USA is their
distributor here in our part of the world.
Two of my favorites are shown below:
Model 320 on the left is an update of Chic Gaylord's speed
scabbard. Tight molded, thin leather, and very fast. My
favorite for carrying J-Frames like the 642 shown here. I
like it so much I bought 3: Black, Chestnut, and Havana (a
dark reddish brown) which is pictured here.
Model 120TS on the right is a little high riding pancake style
that holds the gun close to the body, with the mouth reinforced
for easy re-holstering, and a screw to regulate the tension.
Shown carrying my Colt's Agent .38 Sp. with bobbed hammer
and extended boot stocks by Craig Spegel.

For a "factory made" leather holster in my opinion PWL
Holsters International from Price Western Leather
is hard to beat.
Their Competition Holsters are nearly indestructible:
M 629-3 Classic DX with NILL's in a PWL #1011
My first PWL was a brown #410 for a M 29 4" (sorry no pics,.
but see here (page 5):

A big amen to you comment about "Factory Made" PWL being hard to
beat. They are equal to a lot of custom made too, and better than some.

I fondled quite a few at guns shows in the past, and bought a PWL belt which I used for 20 years or so for concealed carry.
Always looked like good quality leather and good workmanship.

If you own a HK p7 PWL is the only company. I went through three different holsters from Desantis and Galco till I came across a dealer at a show selling PWL holsters, mag pouches and belts in the mid 90's. He told me they were the company the German government went to when they started carrying the P7s. Sorry to say the belt doesn't fit any more, but it is the only holster I'll carry the P7 in because it is a holster designed for that specific gun. Everyone else tried to adapt existing holster design to the P7 with little success.
I have never seen their holsters sold anywhere since i bought this one. I've never checked to see if they still have a US importer.

target tech that black holster of yours looks like the same model as mine
a 120TS. Last dealing I had with the USA distributor was several years
ago. At that time email was [email protected] the fellows name was
Ron Bunch. Don't know if he is still at it or not. His phone, if you don't
have luck with email used to be (678) 478-6210.

Yep, looking at the picture of your holsters reminded me that my holster used to have a shinny brass tensioning screw. I swapped it with one from a Galco Avenger that was tan leather. Thanks for the info.

I have a PWL holster, marked "KL3", that came with my S&W 64-3 when I bought it used in 2008. It is a very good holster; however, it is not as concealable as the DeSantis holsters I also use with my four 3" K frames.

target tech it's strange how those belts tend to shrink in length as the
years go by isn't it?

It is the darnedest thing, it must be the part of the cowhide that belts are cut from.

Take a few pictures of the above (post #2) mentioned PWL #410. My first and -to date- my "best" (for "normal use" the safety strap isn't necessary) shoulder holster...

I only have two "real" custom holsters: The above shown "Harry Maacken Coss Draw" and a "Horseshoe" (my first thread), so I feeled not qualified for such a statement:
"(PWL)... are equal to a lot of custom made too, and better than some."
But I think, Phil is 100% right !

Next time I put the Rosewood on...
