Strong size Chart
Just bought a Strong holster than was labeled as large SA belt holster. Very nice holster but not for a SAA. Holster appears to be a duty type thumb break. Numbers are 906 and 9 2 . Not close to a 5.5” SAA. From picture I thought it was a nice field holster
Hope to ID what it fits. I’m guessing K or L -4”, my luck since I own neither. Help appreciated.

Strong
The only Strong Holster chart I have is an old one, but it lists a 9 for S&W K frame 4", also Ruger Security-six, Speed-six, and Service-six 4".

We tried a 4” m19 and not close. Tried 1911 Govt. to long, must be for some other auto pistol with shorter barrel.

Yeh, give us pics front and back, it's easy for experts to tell fitment among the revolvers and the autos from images. We'll do our best for you :-). No chart available from me, tho, because:
I've collected virtually no info about Strong except their acquiring the assets of both J.M. Bucheimer and of Roy Baker in the '80s. They were a blip in holstory and when I visited their factory in the '90s they seemed to be in every other business but gunleather: badge wallets, electronic push button covers, etc.

Obvious, eh? It's marked "92". Most makers didn't put a lot of thought into those markings: early in that century they just used .32, or .38, or .44. Which then played havoc when the .45 Colt 5-1/2" turned out not to be the SAA but the DA used by LAPD! Chief Davis with his in a 1933 publication:
