Default Looking for some help selecting Shield 45 holster

The picture below is the holster I use with my J frame. I've been trying to find something similar to fit a Shield 45 but without much luck. Everything I've found that was even close seems to have a way more extreme cant. Maybe they just look more extreme in the pics I don't know. Anyway, anyone have any suggestions.

I know it's not leather, but I use a wethepeople holster for mine and I love it. Simple and comfortable.

Just checked their website. They do carry some leather holsters but not for the 45.

For commercial production holsters that are still good quality, DeSantis, Don Hume, Galco all provide OWB holsters similar to what you want for a 45 Shield. I have got representative holsters from all of the above and they are very nice and work well. For custom work I have heard nothing but great things about Wright Leather Works and they list the 45 Shield in their weapons choices.
The holster you are showing appears to have about a 15* cant.

Thanks to everyone for the replies. I checked out the H721 mentioned above. Looks okay but the pistol sits too high. That's one of the issues I've always had trying to conceal a semi auto. With those square grips concealing a semi auto is like hiding a brick under your shirt. Not nearly as easy to hide as a J frame. The higher they sit the more they stand out. I had already checked out the Desantis and Galco holsters. Nice holsters but too much of a cant. Actually the Azula holsters look like they just might do it.

I have them all. Azula, Desantis, Galco, Bianchi, Don Hume, 1791, Craft/Falco, Mitchell Rosen, Alien Gear, Highnoon, Nelson Holsters, Masters, and others....

I'm out of the custom holster faze. Extra money, ridiculously long wait times, and their holster hold the gun just like the others. Custom holster makers are only a consideration for me if/when I need something no one else offers.

My go to for OWB holsters are Don Hume and 1791. I carry my Shield 45 in a basic Don Hume holster. I switch from a DeSantis Thumb Break Scabbard holster I never really liked.

Kramer Horsehide Leather makes an OWB model with your choice of cant. Since they make each holster to your spec's, they can accommodate your particular needs.

Since finding Kramer's Horsehide Leather many years ago, I have looked no where's else for my CCW/EDC holsters, belt pouches and cartridge carriers since. Actually the only exception is for pocket carry and DeSantis Nemesis fits that purpose.

While not cheap, I have never found a better combo than the Kramer Horsehide products. I am in NO WAY affiliated with them!

Shield Plus in a Mitch Rosen 5JR Express. This is a great holster and it looks pretty close to your example.

Check out the offerings at MTR Custom Leather.

My daughter has their Belt Slide Master Carry for her Walther PPQ, and she raves about it.

You must be asking for brand recommendations because when I Googled shield 45 holster the first image on an image search was this one that is VERY close to what you're asking for.

Your revolver holster example is of a well-conceived one when carried no further to the rear than 3:00; it carries at 18 degs. The auto holster is by a company none of us has heard of, looks equally well conceived, and carries at 13 degs. A human cannot 'feel' a difference smaller than 10 degrees among holsters anyway; we just move the holster along the belt length to the 'right' position, unconsciously.

When I say 'well conceived" I'm referring to ride height, knuckle clearance, might be molded to the outside (or might not be, few makers even think when they copy the old symmetrical Baker).

There are no 'custom makers', take them off your list as such. They are really small makers with a big rep, but are no better designed nor made than any others. I do like me a good horsehide holster, though, and I think only one maker of such left?
