I opted for a Simply Rugged “Silver Dollar Pancake”
Check out MTR Custom Leather, and call or email them if you see something you like.
They have the S&W Model 63 3-inch listed and do other 5-inch holsters, so I'm guessing a holster for your 63-4 5-inch is doable for these custom holster makers.
