Winchester model 77 tube feed 22 LR first year production. The 77s were made between 1955 and 1963, in tube feed and magazine feed models.
The serial number on this gun is 9251X which means that it was pulled from inventory for use as a test gun, display or salesman sample rifle. The wood is much nicer than other 77s. The gun is just plain great looking and in mint condition. It has a grooved receiver for scope mounting. No extra holes or basement buba gunsmithing. Just a nice shooting example of early post war Winchester workmanship.
$375 plus $25 shipping. (SOLD)
