SOLD TO FORUM MEMBER: As much as I'd like to just hang onto this fine old specimen, it should go to someone that will appreciate it more than I. I got it in a trade here on the forum and am willing to trade it off for a nice pre-model 24, no specified barrel length however it must have adjustable sights. This is part of the reason I am passing this one on, it does not shoot to my point of aim...no reflection on the piece, I know its me. It is in overall good condition with no serious flaws other than the buggered front sight. I have a gunsmith that offered to repair that for me and claimed that only he and I would know but for me to know is enough. I have lettered the piece, its #42X shipped 3-08 and is matching numbered all the way to grips as issued, according to Mr. Jinks it was one of the first production units shipped in this model.
