Picked up a Weaver K-10 scope yesterday for $50. Cleaned it up and it boresighted fine. Has an adjustable objective focus ring in three parts. Complicated by todays standards.
I love these old Weavers and already have it mounted on my 144 LSB Mossberg. I'm guessing age is from the 50s or 60s. Does anyone have any experience with this scope, particularly the focus ring?

I have a couple of them,
First you did well, You can watch them sell for 100+ each day on ebay.
Second, On the front rings, You kinda loosen one to the distance you want to shoot, Then tighten the other to bring the captured ring together.
I have an Unertl that does the same thing.
You will enjoy it on your 144.
I had one on my Stevens 46 X barrel .22 military trainer.
And I have another K 10 on a Springfield 1903A3,,, Both great guns at 100 yards!

Got a couple fine old steel tube El Paso made K-10s myself. Bought one on Ebay that was advertised as a T-10. Grrrr!

Absolutely! I have a K10 that I put on a Sako .222 Magnum heavy barrel in 1966, and it still shoots under 1" groups as long as you want to shove ammo into it. Sure there are nicer, brighter scopes out there, but that old Weaver still works fine, and I cannot think of any reason to get rid of it. It probably cost about $65 back in the day.
