You need to watch the original Basic Instinct. She is definitely hot. She has a commercial currently airing for some perfume. She's 51 now and is STUNNING!
f.t.

Good lookin' babe. She showed us how fun it was to kill people in her 1995 fim "The Quick And the Dead". Then after the Columbine murders in 1999 said we all shouldn't own guns.

The original, "Basic Instinct", about 1992, is an excellent movie. I saw it in the theater and have the Director's Cut DVD. Some of the acting is overdone, which I consider to be typical of Michael Douglas, incidentally a major anti-gunner in private life. But it is a powerful, very well done film, also starring Jeanne Tripplehorne, who now plays an FBI agent on, "Criminal Minds."

I cannot get, "Basic Instinct 2 " to play on either my DVD player or on my computer. I tried three different rental disks and gave up. It evidently has some advanced anti-piracy coating that blocks use on older computers.

But I have read that it is not nearly as good a film as the original. I was glad to see that Joerm likes it. It's good to have another view.

Christie Brinkley and Cindy Crawford have also held up well and are in their 50s. Heidi Klum is nearly 40. I saw her in person at a Victoria's Secret store opening maybe ten years ago, and she was stunning. Also impressed me as being very smart and quick-witted. When she was new in the USA and her English was still imperfect, she still managed to turn both Leno's and Letterman's audiences against them and get them laughed at when they tried to trivialize her as a dumb blonde model.

BTW, Joerm, if you haven't seen, "Wild Things", the original one with Denise Richards, Kevin Bacon, Matt Dillon, and Neve Campbell, do. I have kind of a crush on Denise, and she is now 41 and still looks great in some recently released bikini pix. Can't post links here, probably, but you can Search. If you like erotic thrillers, it's a really good one, with many unexpected plot twists. I won't post them, but some people aren't all that they seem. The acting is also better than in, "Basic Instinct", I suspect in part because M. Douglas wasn't in it. Oh: I forgot to mention Robert Wagner, who played a snobby lawyer. He usually adds class to a production. And Bill Murray plays another lawyer, who is funny as well as mercenary.

I like it so well that I bought a spare DVD.

Texas Star, "Wid Things" is anti-anti-anti....anti climatic. That movie manages to turn a soft porn type film into a real thriller mystery. It pulled that off brilliantly. Denise Richards is phonomenally hot in that movie but.....there's a sultryness about Neve Campbell in it that overrides, for me anyway, the obvious "goodlookinness" of Denise Richards in it. And that's hard to do. So Neve Campbell pops my primers more than the other girl in it.
BTW. Bill Murray was great in that movie, too.... but not sexy.

Wyatt-

I am not of the persuasion to judge whether Bill Murray is sexy. I'll leave that to you. :D You did see, though, that I mentioned him? I said that his character was both funny and mercenary. Sometimes, I think certain members don't read my posts carefully.

I agree that Neve was more complex, and when cleaned up, she was one hot fox. Much deeper than she seems, but won't say more, lest I spoil some aspects of the film for those who haven't seen it.

I think she returned to Canada. Haven't seen her in anything in quite awhile. But she is a really fine actress.

Yep. you mentioned Bill Murray alright. Neve Campbell did in fact get pretty cleaned up in that pool where she was swappin' spit with....(no spoilers here).
Just because I'm a little over an hour from S.F. I don't feel qualified to judge Bill Murray's sex appeal. But I can sure judge Sharon Stone's. I think there's a sexiness to women who portrey a certain street toughness. Like there's a challenge there or something. Ashley judd pulled that off really good in "Heat". Young, cute, but still very world weary.
But my perfect woman in movies is Natalie Wood in almost anything.
