I personally see it different. Somebody who served his time in jail should get a second chance. I mean if that person is still considered dangerous when being released, well then he should stay locked up, very simple

So the question is if a sexual offender is still dangerous for the general public? If so, well put that person back into his cell.
 
Those GOOFY guys can try to hide but IT'S A SMALL WORLD AFTER ALL. Their MICKEY MOUSE security guards can't tell a frozen banana from...well, never mind.

Unfortunately the law doesn't distinguish between the different kinds of sex offenders. They're all lumped together. To me a 40 year old man or woman who made a mistake with a willing partner when he or she was 17 and he or she was fifteen 23 years ago is not in the same class as a child molester. The guy or gal is branded with this for the rest of his or her life and has to go through the registration thing along with the real sickos and this is just wrong. As far as child molestors, I don't think they should ever get out of jail. They should be one strike and you're out. What they have is incurable and they will always be a risk and usually don't get the time they deserve until they have ruined many lives.
 
I guess they run the names, I would bet that alot of those sick *******s get season tickets. Go to the park watch small children, hang around the bath room. Just like them hanging out at the mall, just WDW is doing something about it. Think about it drug users buys drugs why wouldn't a sexual predator buy a tickets and get season tickets to save money.

I totally agree! On the other hand when talking about a child molester's, that's a "mental illness" that will not go away regardless of jail time served or not. Those are the ones who should NOT get into these type of places where there are many unxuxpecting children.

Well mental ill people should not be able to run free on our streets if they are still considered dangerous.
 
Another plan that sounds good, but how would they enforce it? It's not like they have Sex Offender tatoo'd on their foreheads. Hey, wait a minute, there's an idea.....
