Due to the heat and the extended time it will take to get it to a shelter, I fed and watered the Foreclosure Cat (FC) today. I think it pretty much inhaled the food, and had I fed him from a plate with a pattern that would have gone too.

Here are a couple of shots I took of FC last week. The climbing my leg routine is because I have stopped petting and I need to get with the program.

Good for you. Whoever said money can't buy love never had a pet.

This poor little guy never deserved what happened to him. Bless you for helping him (her) out.

He has very similar markings to my silver taby rescue cat. It appears they share the same 'tude as well!

Thanks for helpin' the little bugger out Steve.:)

Way to go Steve. Have two FC's myself...from two different foreclosures in the neghborhood.

You have the drill down good. Nothing P.O.s my cat more than paying attention to something besides her.

Oh, and is that going to be his name from here on out?

I had a cat we named B.A. Cat. We told people it stood for Bad Attitude not Bad A** like we called him.

The best animals are the ones that find you. Take him on home, and you will have a great friend for life.

Tricky prospect as I already have birds.:eek::eek: I am in contact with a cat rescue lady and when I can snag a cat carrier I will take this guy to the vet to check for a chip. I call it foreclosure cat as that is its likely source, but you never know.

I can relate; 6 dogs, and 3 cats. Darn kids!

Here's a video my wife found that you might interesting..

You did a kindness for FC

Understand there are situations where yu can not provide a home.

Your kindness provided a comfortable way-station on FC's life trip.

Kind of reminds me of a wild Marbled Cat. I think they're native to SE Asia, about where you'd find the Clouded Leopard, Neofelis nebulosa. Sorry that I don't recall the scientfic name for the Marbled Cat and haven't time to check.

It looks rather like a smaller brother to the CL, which has the longest teeth for its size of any of the Felidae.

cats are the best. they will tell you what they want, you just have to understand cat language. this one is nice looking and can tell it is quite happy. if you have birds that talk, things will get interesting. have a camera ready at all times.
