Actually, after some initial discomfort, my stomach did quite well. A touch of gas however.

I have found Perfecta to be good ammo and brass good to reload

I don't reload but I figure that once I fill a large pickle jar full of brass, I'll put it in the classified section for those that do reload.
Just don't keep this next to the bean dip.
