I have a kit like that. I have had it for years. It is for the 03 Springfield.
Look for "03 Springfield Cleaning Kit" on ebay and you will see others like it and that will give you an idea what they are going for.

The handle can be used to disassemble the Garand bolt. Instructions are on the CMP site.
I don't think they are for the Springfield; they are for the M1 or M 14: that gadget on one end of the handle is for disassembling the bolt. It helps remove the extractor.

I'll have to dig my M1 out but I think there's one in the butt trap.
