Russell has two westerns out this year.
One is titled "Bone Tomahawk" the other is
"The Hateful Eight" Christmas release date.

Bone Tomahawk was one weird western.
Very dark and far fetched....did not like it.
Save your dough.

As much as I like Kurt Russell, I'm not watching the other because anti leo--tarantino has its drug infested mitts in it.

Bone Tomahawk was weird (agreed) but both the wife and I enjoyed it (but we got it on pay-per-view).

Hateful 8 looks good.

I had a conversation with Wifey the other day on this subject.

We concluded that if we were to eliminate from our viewing habits all the folks from Hollywood who weren't like-minded, then we had might as well sell the tvs.

One compromise is not paying for the theater runs of the worst offenders. For some reason, once the film makes it to the movie channels, it feels less like paying the actors directly.

It's also easier to swear at the screen without drawing unwanted attention if it happens at home.....

Had not heard of either.
Just looked at the Bone Tomahawk trailer.
It looks like a strange movie to me!
