Opinions? Okay, here's mine:
If you want more energy, etc., etc., then eat more natural foods...greens, nuts, fruits, other veggies. Change your eating habits
and your diet. Eliminate added sugar from your diet. Stop with the junk food. If you insist on taking supplements, fish oil and a good multi-vitamin are a good place to start. Just don't expect
immediate results. There
are no shortcuts.
I'm firmly convinced that if I hadn't completely changed my diet and lifestyle almost five years ago, I'd have been dead by now.
This is just another scam for people who want a shortcut to good health and a stronger immune system.
