The movie has one missing line. When Eastwood asks the neighbors to watch the dog, he should have added "And don't eat him!".

Man that's cold....but it is funny!
When imploring unwanted interlopers to vacate my lawn, I find my admonition more effective sans pants. Shock and awe cannot begin to describe their response and subsequent emphatic and rapid retreat.

I was shooting in a match with a squad that included Swat and pistol team members when a neighbors dog wandered on the range.
A Philippino/American cop took the dog by the collar to escort him back home. He did complain that it's always the Asian when it comes to dogs.

I caught the movie during that scene where the kid (aka) Toad--was trying to steal it and Eastwood was looking for him Garand in hands.

Every time I do a cable channel scan trying to find something to watch, and Gran Torino is on, I always watch it. I'm not sure which is my favorite movie, Gran Torino or The Professional.

I like both, but 'tis amazing the difference an S more or less, or the word THE makes (big difference between Unforgiven and The Unforgiven).
