Commercials that turn you off from buying what they're selling

Every year for as long as I can remember

this stupid theme park has had this same song. It started with a dance troupe of teen girls that weren't to good. At some point they dubbed in the the raping directions to the place.

Gonna hear this until my head explodes.....

Commercials that turn you off from buying what they're selling = ALL of them...when one comes on the TV...i hit the mute button and leave the room.....
 
any of them that compare one thing against another. that's new and improved, tells you your smell better, your hair look better. your hemorrhoids will shrink. milk is better from california, yogurt this or yogurt that. Banks. insurance health, car, home, life, nursing homes. I could go on but Iam tired and need to lay dorm on my memory foam, dial up mattress.
 
I think it would be easier to try to list the commercials that don't turn me off to what they are trying to peddle. Most commercials nowadays are just absolutely disgusting and insult your intelligence.

I agree with all the drug commercials as a turn off. One would be better off to live with the ailment than put up with all the side affects. Depressed? Take this. It may cause your testicles to fall off or suicidal tendencies.

Do you mean the one where they had a stupid talking horse? I think she also did some sexy Carl's Jr. and Hardee's ads.

I forgot what the horse ad was about, but always remember seeing Hannah.


She married some sports guy named Derek Jeter, I think. I hope she'll still model. She may: many of the Victoria's Secret models are married.

I wasn't going to mention this, but the fact that another forum member would even know how annoying that song is!!!! It gives me hope.. It's not just me!!! You must have lived in S Fla a while then huh?? LOL

Others on my quick list:
Nationwide Insurance - not annoying, but not sold in Florida last I checked, so why would they spend so much $$ advertising here?

Progressive (huge commie support company) - Flo is so bad, worse than Santa's Enchanted Forrest, since it's a year round thing.

Sonic - used to like their food, but the new manager at the local one ruined that! Now there commercial spokesmen suck! Why would you show two 40-50ish men in a car trying to sell me food? How about this, just show their food on the window of the Camaro that Gas Monkey Garage built for them a few years back?! Tots, and a slush are mandatory!

Kay Jewelers - Why do I have to have your commercials flooding my football season!? It's not helping the American male population other than starting fights with their significant others!
 
While I like Chevrolet the commercial with the dude talking through his nose is so annoying.

ALL European car commercials try to be so deep they are actually shallow.

Charter and Trivago dudes are so irritating I do a self induced coma till its over.

My wife works for a small insurance company here in Michigan and says all companys must use the same forms issued by the state.
 
I don't like any of them except the Chic-fil-a cow commercials. ALL the others get the mute button. The mute button is the most used one on the remote. Of course when watching/sleeping through the pro football games on Sunday afternoon, different rules apply. Just turn the volume down real low and when you wake up, there is another game on. :-)
 
There are two commercials that I enjoy, the one is the blah, blah blonde for Liberty Mutual, when she does her sphiel and her voice, it just cracks me up? don't know why but it does! :D
The other ones that I enjoy are the Farmers insurance commercials they are funny!
All the rest should be canned and some of those ad agencies should be fired! :cool:
What I'm really starting to hate are the Christmas ads and the Christmas car commercials, those they can shove! ;)

They had that but... we are instead treated to gym rats glaring at each other as our hero spews condiments all over his shoes... :puke:

Seems like all of the fast food places nowadays think that somebody noisily smacking & chomping his chow is going to make us hungry for their food... :confused:
