Tim Conway Fighting Dementia

This is sad. I grew up watching him.

The sad part is the family arguing over his care. I've been in his daughters position. I was powerless. Neither of my parents had the care that could have been afforded with their own money but they chose poorly.

Sad news. He's one of a kind. Don't forget the Oldest Man bits.

One of my Aunts and Uncles lived in Chagrin Falls, and Tim lived a few doors down from them when he was growing up. I never met him, but my Uncle George said he was a happy go lucky and funny kid.

Sorry to hear this about him. He was an excellent, funny comedian, and didn't have to resort to crude or obnoxious words to make the audience laugh.

I'm from Cleveland, saw his early stage show. "A good man's suit in Cleveland comes with two pair of pants, a vest and a parka." Delivered flat with a raging snow storm outside.

Wh notes he had to bush off the car, but the roads were clear and the girl friendly happy.

"ONE Of THE THE BEST"

Not to belittle any comedians, living or dead, but, for me, Tim Conway was the ultimate, comedian. He was able to get his comedy across to an audience, of any age, or time, and do it without using a word, if need be, or a vulgar, or profane word, if words were needed. I grew up listening, to, and watching all of the world's great comedians, and I rate him "One Of The Greatest Ever". His pardner Harvey, helped him be his best. Thanks Tim, for your superb entertainment.

I remember seeing Conway and Harvey Korman several years back. Hilarious! Even the routines that you had seen many times had people roaring with laughter. Many years ago one of my favorites was Red Skelton, a very funny man. Tim will be missed
