I was a big fan in the mid seventies till the early eighties. I had a huge collection of the magazines that most likely got thrown out when I move from NY to LA. With PJ O'Rourke's recent death I started thinking about them. All were incredibly funny. I remember this cover very well. Apparently it's one of the more sought after issues by collectors. Is that a 3 1/2 27 by the way?

Epic! That very same issue came to mind before seeing your photo post!
Haha. I just liked the pictures.

I too was a fan and remember the cover pic as well.
As for the comics, Timberland Tales with Constable Tom (rumored to have a small amount of brain damage) and Maurice, indian boy, was one of the first things I'd read.

Oh and Stiggs were awesome.

I still remember the Sports issue. "Swimming isn't a sport, it's something you do to keep from drowning. Greatest sport in the world….darts…because you can play it in a bar with a drink and a lit fiz in your mouth." Classic.

They really pushed the limits back then. I loved Foto Funnies. Lots of hot babes. I think I have some out in the garage. Will need to root around out there.
