Cherries Jubilee is simple, elegant, and really yummy.

Looks good and set up firm, shame you can’t have any to tell me how good it is.

My wife, and other family members, say its delicious!

Oh heck, I have to confess, I may have snuck a taste or two from my wife's plate, and I agree with her! :D

Was big into pies for awhile, but got too big. Key lime pie with home made crust, Montgomery County pie (lemon version of shoo-fly pie), shoo-fly pie and real deal mince meat pie

Can't forget the blueberry with brown sugar top, or traditional black cherry

OP- care to share the recipe?

Ingredients

1 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 12 oz can Frozen Concentrate Limeade, or Lemonade, thawed

1 8 oz tub Cool Whip (tm), or equal amount real Whipped Cream (I use this)

2 8” prepared Graham Cracker Pie Crusts

Directions

1. In a mixing bowel, combine the Sweetened Condensed Milk and the thawed Limeade, or Lemonade, and mix thoroughly - there shouldn’t be any streaks.

2. Fold in the Cool Whip (tm), or Whipped Cream, until there are minimal lumps in the mixture.

3. Evenly pour the mixture in to the two prepared Graham Cracker Pie Crusts.

4. Cover and place the two pies level in a freezer to set. This takes at least eight (8) hours.

These will keep frozen for several weeks. I don’t know how long for sure, since its rare for these to last a week before “all gone” at my house.
