Home made Limeade Frozen Pie! (Recipe added)
Made Limeade Frozen Pie for my wife. Shame I can't eat any. 😟
The only "cheat" I used was a store bought graham cracker crust.
What do you think? Any other easy desserts that you make?

I go for really easy. Crumbled brownie, coffee ice cream, chocolate sauce. Options include whipped cream and/or nuts.

My wife, and other family members, say its delicious!
Oh heck, I have to confess, I may have snuck a taste or two from my wife's plate, and I agree with her!

Mom gave me these many years ago. Inexpensive, easy and quite tasty.

Was big into pies for awhile, but got too big. Key lime pie with home made crust, Montgomery County pie (lemon version of shoo-fly pie), shoo-fly pie and real deal mince meat pie

Can't forget the blueberry with brown sugar top, or traditional black cherry

Ingredients
1 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 12 oz can Frozen Concentrate Limeade, or Lemonade, thawed
1 8 oz tub Cool Whip (tm), or equal amount real Whipped Cream (I use this)
2 8” prepared Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
Directions
1. In a mixing bowel, combine the Sweetened Condensed Milk and the thawed Limeade, or Lemonade, and mix thoroughly - there shouldn’t be any streaks.
2. Fold in the Cool Whip (tm), or Whipped Cream, until there are minimal lumps in the mixture.
3. Evenly pour the mixture in to the two prepared Graham Cracker Pie Crusts.
4. Cover and place the two pies level in a freezer to set. This takes at least eight (8) hours.
These will keep frozen for several weeks. I don’t know how long for sure, since its rare for these to last a week before “all gone” at my house.
