Default Cancer, update 96,101,108,125,259,280,305, final update 346

My wife has had cancer three times already, in both breasts and lost the main saliva gland on her right side to cancer.
Lately she's had a persistent cough. Nothing severe, just an occasional cough that won't go away.
Our local doctor first tried antibiotics. That didn't help and today she went in for a chest x-ray and this was the result.
I'll update as we get more info.

XR CHEST 2 VIEWS
Study Result
Narrative & Impression
Clinical History:
Patient states she has had persistent cough for 3 months. History of breast cancer, head and neck cancer.

Examination:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest.

Comparison:
April 2, 2021.

Findings:
There is interval development of an approximate 2.5 cm mass superimposed on the superior left hilum. No focal infiltrates. Heart size and vascularity are normal. No effusions. No significant bony abnormalities.

IMPRESSION:
Left upper lobe hilar mass, likely metastatic given the history of breast cancer.

Further evaluation with enhanced CT may be helpful, when clinically appropriate.
