100% cotton blue jeans?
I’m looking for 100% cotton jeans that aren’t Levis. I’d like something a bit more durable that still breathes.
Seems like everything in the stores these days is 1% spandex that don’t breathe.

Rustlers @ WM say they’re 100% cotton.

I just bought 2 pairs of Lee real denim jeans. They make those awful stretch ones too, so make sure which ones you order.

Wranglers or Rustlers. They are only about $18 for either at Walmart.

I have been a Wrangler fan-boy for over 4 decades.
They are the Energizer Bunny of jeans.

Wrangler jeans have been my choice for years. Stopped considering Levis many years ago because of their politics (ie..anti-gun etc..) and discovered Wranglers. Glad I did.....Wrangler makes better jeans IMO. Don

Yeah, same reason I despise them.
I’ll checkout Wranglers. Amazon even has them in odd sizes.

My cheapo store brand (Magellan) jeans from Academy are 100% cotton, hecho in Mexico, and pretty durable for the price. I do like Wrangler, too.

Another fan of Wrangler jeans. I have been wearing the loose fitting multi-pocketed carpenter jeans for the last 20 years or so. They have a nice side pocket perfect for a cell phone, and they wear well. Carharts are even longer wearing and a heavier denim. Those are typically my "working jeans".
I'm way past the age of snug fitting jeans, and my arse is about gone now anyways..........

Wranglers for me too. You have to read the labels. A lot of sellers are getting "cheaper" ones with some spandex or other synthetics.

Wranglers are the only Jean worn by real cowboys in Texas and many other States. The problem with Levi’s is 1) they fund Gun Control. 2) they are like a cheap hotel, plenty of dining room but no ballroom.

Switched to Wranglers when Levi's became political. I've bought 1 pair of Levi's since and prefer Wranglers and Carhardts.

I buy Wrangler, but don't like the Cowboy Cut. I wear either the 20X or their cheap ones. They both have thicker denim than the Cowboy cut.

If they don't have to be "jeans", Carhartt makes washed duck work pants that wear like iron and have front pockets made to carry guy's "stuff". Not credit cards.

Like many who have posted already, it's definitely Wranglers for me. I prefer the originals...13MWZ.
Now...about the Walmart Wranglers. Here's what it has to say about them. And I quote:
Wrangler makes jeans exclusively for Walmart and there are vast differences in the quality of the denim used in these jeans. The denim is not as heavy a weight nor may it be a USA cotton. In addition, some of the jeans are also manufactured off shore in other countries.

LL Bean sells 100% cotton jeans. They are made overseas, are
moderately priced, but they last a long time. They also have
my size, 30 waist and 29 inseam. None of the other brands
have my size, maybe save for Lee's. I don't like the way they
fit me. So, LL Bean it is!

Have to go against the trend on this thread, and maybe it's because I have gained some weight, but all the 100% cotton ones don't fit any longer and the stretch ones still work. Just bought some new Wranglers in the next size and they have the 1% whatever it is called. Levi's are overpriced anyway.

I have a few pairs of LL Bean jeans, but they are heavy. The older I get I like light, so I go with nylon pants, and Old Navy Jeans that are thin and cheap if I need jeans in the summer. LL bean flannel lined for winter

I went with Lee jeans after refusing to buy Levi's any more. They fit better and seem to be better quality. Wranglers are a close second.

I’ve tried Wrangler jeans but they won’t come over my rear end. Levi makes some Denison jeans specifically for Target and they come in 5 different shades from faded out to dark blue on four or five different styles from slim to regular to loose fit. They are only sold at Target and I get mine through Target on Amazon so I dont have to go shopping for my size. It’s quick and easy. They do stretch a hair but that make them comfortable and they breath as well as any other jeans and are about $34 bucks.

Another vote for LL Bean. No comparison for their feel, comfort, cut, no questions warranty and amazing durability. I've been wearing them almost exclusively since the early 80's.

Never liked wearing any jeans. In fact I don't like any long leg pants. Since I retired over 15 years ago, I rarely wear anything other than cargo pocket shorts except maybe to funerals.

The bulk of my pantaloons are flashy PJ bottoms.
I blend right in at Walmart.

Wrangler relaxed fit. About $18 per pair at Walmart. They give pretty good service and comfort without the big price tags. Just received 3 new pairs, ordered on-line and delivered to the house for free; no need to park and hike through the store.

WalMart is building a big new fulfillment center not a mile from my house. I think the idea is to expand emphasis on rapid home delivery. About a year ago I ordered a new printer from WM's website one evening. It was delivered the next morning, no charge for home delivery.

The 13MWZ fit me ok and if any of my "W" jeans were too long, my boot heels
would solve the problen in time.
Now that I am past 79, I have to fit into relaxed, Ruslers, since I am not
slim and trim, any more.
For winter time I wore Carharts in pants and coat or a full "Jump into" unit, when 26 degrees, disapeared, while working 8-10 hours, outside.

13mwz also, last 60 years. Rustlers are made by Wranger, and are a good money value for the dollar. Since sold the ranch and retired, Hustlers around home, Wranglers for town , weddings and funerals.

I am going to have to buy new Wrangler Jeans as my waistline has shrunk by 2 inches.
In the old ones I look like MC Hammer.

This is so true! Two pairs that ostensibly are the same size may fit very differently.
