Around 10-15 years ago I had replaced my bathroom sink faucet with a
Pfister Savannah 43-H0XC faucet and the roating part of the neck finally started leaking. When I unscrewed the retaining nut and pulled the neck out of the body, I found that the rather large o-ring that seals it had split. I didn't even remember the model number. So I went to the Pfister website and started looking at the models like it and didn't find it. So I contacted their warranty team via their support system and a day or so later I got responses from them. They asked me to attach a pic of the faucet and send it to them. Their reply back gave me the model number and told me that parts were not available for it as it had been discontinued, but offered a like-for-like replacement of it with
this model if it was ok with me. I replied in the affirmative and 4-5 days later a brand new faucet assembly was delivered to me, free of charge. I pulled out the old faucet and sink (faucet was a bit stuck in the sink) and installed the new faucet and reset the whole assembly into the cabinet and I am back in business with a working sink assembly in my bathroom.
I was impressed with the way that Pfister supported their product. They stepped up to the plate and honored their forever warranty even though they had discontinued that model. If I ever have to change out the other bathroom's faucet I will be sure to replace it with another Pfister. I also love the swiveling spout on these models too.
