I have a model 15-3 K Frame that is marked USERDA PANTEX. It has a target trigger, hammer and adjustable sights. The finish isn't great, but it will do. The person that I got it from kept it as his truck gun. The action is smooth and it still shoots great. Don't know the value...

Don't know if this helps, but I have been there and done that. I have always carried my model 36 or 60 as BUG's.In twenty five years on the street I only had to use it once, and it functioned as specified.BG down never to get up, I went home with just cuts and bruises, but I went home :)
