I dont know your experience..... but it sounds like you need to just work on the basics..... Should not double tap with a 4lb trigger unless there are some bad "nerves" involved.

As far as casing coming back at you...... I have had this issue, but only with Blazer Aluminum rounds....... Try some different ammo, might make a difference for you.....
